Weekly Subscription (RM 9.90)
- No refunds. The weekly plan is designed for short trial commitment.
Monthly Subscription (RM 19.90)
- No refunds during the billing cycle.
- You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- No further charges after cancellation.
Yearly Subscription (RM 99.90)
- 14-day full refund window from initial purchase. No questions asked.
- After 14 days: no refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
US Pricing ($4.99/mo and $29.99/yr)
The same policy applies in the respective currency.
How to Request a Refund (Yearly only, within 14 days)

- Include: your account email and reason for refund
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days via your original payment method
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime via Account → Subscription → Cancel
- Or via the Stripe customer portal link in your billing emails
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period
